RETURN POLICY FOR APOLO

RETURNS:
Eligibility: You may return unused and unopened kitchen appliances within 07 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included. Items that have been used, opened, or are damaged may not be eligible for a refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during shipping.
REFUND PROCESS:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 Working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or color, please follow the same return process and specify the item you'd like in exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
